AT&T Engineers and Plant People circa 1920s
Richard Ling (internal link) is a sociologist and senior researcher for Telenor's research and development division. (external link) His grandfather, Paul Seyler, helped build the first fixed wireless radio-telephone service for individual customers in 1946 near Cheyenne Wells, Colorado.
